Initial Workshop
In a workshop, we define the project scope. We define and explain the relevant processes, discuss the project duration and introduction scenarios, name the project participants, and further divide the tasks.
Process definition for the trial
We conduct workshops with process owners, IT, and functional departments to precisely define the target processes and requirements. This forms the basis for the implementation backlog and the detailed effort estimation.

Proof of Concept (POC)
To ensure the solution, we conduct a proof of concept for critical issues, either on our system or the customer’s SAP S/4HANA system.
Implementation phase
Our agile approach ensures an early alignment between the requirements of the department and the implemented solution.

Integration test
A comprehensive integration test simulates all day-to-day processes and checks the interface functionality. This ensures the data quality of the migration and is the basis for process testing.
Training
During the agile implementation, the key users are trained sprint by sprint. For end-user training, we use Datango to provide efficient, repeatable training.

Go Live
We perform the data migration in real-time operation to go live. Before release, we test the system with sample bookings. We also support you during the hypercare phase.
